About the Role
The Integration Solution Delivery Analyst will support merchant integration projects from planning through Go-Live by coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, and resolving issues. This role requires

Coordinate assigned merchant integration projects from planning through Go-Live, ensuring key activities are completed according to project timelines.

Kualifikasi
- What Capabilities You’ll Need (Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Project Management, Account Management, Implementation, or Client Success.
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with a
- transparent and collaborative approach
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills with an
- agile and solution-oriented mindset
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with project management tools; knowledge of API Documents is a plus.
- Basic understanding of system integration or SaaS products is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
