• Role Summary
• MixWork is seeking an
• Interior Design Drafter / 3D Visualizer
• , based in Indonesia, to provide operational support to our client's core design team in Singapore.
• In this role, you will assist with design development, drafting, and 3D modelling using
• SketchUp
• , along with preparing presentation materials for interior design projects. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with the
• Design Director
• and cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality design support, ensuring all work meets project timelines and brand standards.
• Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Design Director in developing interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
• Prepare 2D drawings, floor plans, and layouts using CAD software.
• Produce 3D models using SketchUp and visualizations for design proposals.
• Support the preparation of design documentation and presentation decks.
• Research and source materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting options.
• Update and revise drawings based on feedback from senior designers or clients.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and asset libraries.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
• Support project documentation for international design projects.
• Required Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• 2 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Ability to produce clear technical drawings and basic 3D models.
• Good understanding of space planning and interior materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design guidelines.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with international teams.
• Experience supporting overseas design studios or outsourced projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of FF&E documentation (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) is preferred.
• Experience using rendering tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency
• AutoCAD — for 2D drawings, floor plans, and layouts
• SketchUp — for 3D modelling and design visualization
• Adobe Photoshop — for image editing and presentation visuals
• Adobe Illustrator — for graphic elements in presentations
• Adobe InDesign — for design documentation and presentation decks
• Ability to produce clear technical drawings and basic 3D models
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools to accelerate drafting and presentation quality
• Working knowledge of space planning and interior materials
• Nice to Have
• FF&E documentation experience (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
• Rendering software: V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape
• Prior experience supporting overseas design studios or outsourced/remote design projects
