INTERIOR DESIGNER
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 year experience as an Interior Designer in high end strata title Hotels, Villas, Apartments, Office or Resorts.
- Strong understanding of interior construction details and joinery drawings.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, lighting design, furniture specifications, and space planning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with hospitality brand standards and guest experience design.
- Experience coordinating directly with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Knowledge of project budgeting, procurement processes, and tender documentation.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and project coordination when required.
