• Develop creative interior design concepts for luxury residential and commercial projects.
• Create mood boards, space planning, design presentations, and material selections.
• Produce high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and technical drawings.
• Prepare complete construction drawings, including layouts, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants throughout the project.
• Conduct site surveys, site visits, and supervise project execution to ensure design quality.
• Stay updated with luxury interior design trends, materials, and innovations.

Requirements

• •⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• •⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design.
• •⁠ ⁠Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, and V-Ray.
• •⁠ ⁠Experience with Corona Renderer is highly preferred.
• •⁠ ⁠Strong technical drawing skills and understanding of construction details, materials, and custom joinery.
• •⁠ ⁠Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
• •⁠ ⁠Curious and willing to explore new design ideas, styles, materials, and concepts.
• •⁠ ⁠Eager to learn, experiment, and bring fresh ideas to every project.
• •⁠ ⁠Good communication and coordination skills with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• •⁠ ⁠Proactive, responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• •⁠ ⁠Good English proficiency and a strong interior design portfolio are a plus.
