Requirements
- Final year student or fresh graduate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (debit/credit, general ledger, financial statements)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, SAP, or similar) is a plus
- Willing to learn about the hospitality industry
- Willing to commit 6-month internship
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
Responsibilities
- Assist with recording and inputting financial transactions into the accounting system
- Support the reconciliation of accounts and financial records
- Assist in filing and maintaining accounting documents, both physical and digital
- Help prepare routine financial reports as directed by the supervisor
- Coordinate with other departments/units regarding financial administration needs
