Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting activities, including data entry and documentation
- Support the preparation and organization of financial records and reports
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable administration
- Help maintain accurate and orderly filing of accounting and tax documents
- Support the finance/accounting team in month-end closing activities
- Assist in basic tax-related tasks such as data preparation and reconciliation
Job Accountability
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting data entered into the system
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information
- Deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines
- Follow company accounting procedures and internal controls
- Proactively report discrepancies or issues to the supervisor
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Accounting.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
- Good communication skills and able to work in a team
- Internship Duration: 3 months
