• Calling all aspiring Intern KOL Specialist! is looking for a dynamic and creative KOL Specialist to join our marketing team!

Job Responsibilities

• Familiar with the TikTok algorithm; deeply understand content creation directions based on the company's product features to ensure targets in exposure, publishing volume, and GMV are achieved.
• Responsible for influencer (KOL) collaboration, identifying content pain points, customizing personalized scripts, coordinating details, following up on partnerships, reviewing videos, and conducting data analysis and performance reviews.
• Maintain ongoing partnerships with creators, drive sales output, and take ownership of business outcomes."

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Intern 3month of experience in TikTok Indonesia's beauty and personal care sector is a must, with an existing network of KOL resources.
• Fluent in spoken English as a working language.
• Strong understanding of beauty and personal care categories, with sharp insights into trending topics and viral content.
• Capable of script planning; motivated, responsible, and articulate. Proficient in data analysis and handling.
• Able to WFO at our office located in Kedoya, West Jakarta
