PILOT Law is a law firm handling a broad range of corporate legal matters, including financial transactions, corporate restructuring, and the development of a specialized insurance claims practice. We are looking for talent who want to learn directly from real, hands-on work — not just administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor of Laws (S1), or final-semester law student
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills — able to read, break down, and draw conclusions on legal issues systematically
• Legal research skills (laws and regulations, court decisions, and legal literature)
• Clear and structured writing skills (legal memos, summaries, and document drafting)
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, particularly for document and contract review
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• At least passive English proficiency (able to read documents in English)
• Available for a minimum 3-month commitment, full-time or part-time as agreed

Job Description

• Conduct legal research on issues related to ongoing matters
• Assist in drafting legal documents (agreements, memos, correspondence)
• Assist with document review and due diligence processes
• Prepare summaries of complex documents or regulations
• Assist with matter documentation and administration (filing, deadline tracking, etc.)
• Contribute to the firm's new practice development projects (including market research and service positioning)
• Coordinate remotely with the team using digital collaboration tools
