We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stock Opname Staff to join our team at Passion Jewelry in South Tangerang, Banten. This full-time position is responsible for conducting regular stock counts and ensuring the accuracy of our inventory records. As a key member of our Accounting team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Perform regular and periodic stock counts of our jewellery and other merchandise
• Reconcile inventory records with physical stock to identify and investigate any discrepancies
• Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and support the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Collaborate with the Purchasing and Sales teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely replenishment
• Implement and maintain effective inventory management procedures and controls
• Provide support for ad-hoc inventory-related projects and initiatives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, stock counting or a similar role
• Proficient in using inventory management software and spreadsheet applications
• Has driver lisence, minimum SIM C
• Willing to work in Alam Sutera and mobile to stores
