Internal Audit Staff

• Key responsibilities
• Conduct financial and operational audits across all organizational departments in accordance with audit plans and scope.
• Perform preliminary audits to identify initial conditions, risks, and examination scope.
• Collect, examine, and document audit evidence, findings, recommendations, and conclusions accurately and systematically.
• Prepare audit reports and executive summaries based on examination findings.
• Maintain audit documentation and working papers, including examination evidence and communications with relevant parties.
• Provide objective improvement recommendations based on examination results.
• Participate in closing meetings with auditees to present and clarify audit results.
• Coordinate with auditees regarding follow-up on audit recommendations.
• Examine the application of company systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Conduct special audits as directed by management or as required by the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in internal audit.
• Understanding and mastery of COSO framework and 5 basic ethics of internal audit.
• Understanding and mastery of risk-based audit.
• High analytical capability, attention to detail, and task management skills with ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
