Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in internal audit or a related field.
• Proven ability in Risk Assessment & Management and Internal Controls Evaluation.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis & Interpretation and Audit Planning & Execution.
• Strong knowledge of Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge and Financial Reporting Standards (GAAP/IFRS).
• Experience with Audit Software Proficiency (e.g., ACL, IDEA) is highly preferred.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills, with strong Report Writing & Presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated PROBLEM-SOLVING & CRITICAL THINKING skills.
