- Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business processes.
- Conduct business process mapping and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Monitor and verify compliance with internal policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Perform process audits and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Prepare audit findings, process evaluation reports, and actionable improvement recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and process effectiveness.
- Facilitate the implementation and socialization of SOPs across departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and strengthen internal controls.
- Identify operational risks and recommend appropriate control measures.
- Lead and develop the Internal Control & Business Process team while driving governance and compliance initiatives across the organization.
- Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Process, SOP Development, Internal Control, Compliance, Internal Audit, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping, SOP development, and process improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of Internal Control, Risk Management, Compliance, and Corporate Governance principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ISO Management Systems.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Bizagi, Draw.io, or similar software.
- Experience in Retail, Distribution, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Holding companies is an advantage.
