Internal Medicine Specialist (Sp.PD)

• Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive internal medicine consultations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans in accordance with evidence-based medical practice.

Diagnose and manage a wide range of adult medical conditions, including metabolic disorders, cardiovascular diseases, endocrine disorders, gastrointestinal conditions, respiratory diseases, infectious diseases, and other internal medicine cases.

Deliver preventive healthcare services through early detection, routine health screenings, chronic disease management, and lifestyle intervention.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address each patient's medical condition, health goals, and long-term wellness.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, nutrition, lifestyle modification, medication adherence, and healthy aging.

Accurately document patient consultations, medical records, prescriptions, treatment plans, and follow-up care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with Obstetricians & Gynecologists, Clinical Nutrition Specialists, Psychiatrists, General Practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic patient care.

• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous professional development activities.
• Ensure compliance with medical ethics, clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Specialist Doctor in Internal Medicine (Sp.PD) with a valid and active STR.
• Possess an active SIP or be eligible to obtain one in Bali.

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an Internal Medicine Specialist in a hospital, specialty clinic, or outpatient setting is preferred.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
• Passionate about preventive healthcare and empowering patients through sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, is highly preferred.
