Job Description
DWM Monitoring the distribution condition all Monde products in Cambodia directly with distributor (weekly/biweekly face to face meeting with all distributors)
- Weekly reporting to HQ about distribution performance (ND, OA, sell out / channel / region)
- Propose to HQ intiative to grow the business for existing product, and propose to launch another Monde product on Cambodia (NPL)
- Execute marketing activity and do monitoring
- Open new distribution point
- Build relationship with the key customers of distributor and MT account
- Working days and hours following distributors regulation
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, International Business, or Marketing
- Experience at least 3 years in relevant field (FMCG Industry)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent teamwork, multitasking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using Ms. Excel/Google sheets
- Willing to be placed in Cambodia
