What You Will Do
- Design and execute trade marketing strategies to grow RASA Group brands in export and international markets
- Build and manage relationships with international distributors, retail partners, and channel customers
- Develop channel-specific go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, and promotional programs tailored to local market needs abroad
- Partner with Sales, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams to ensure market-ready product positioning and packaging for export markets
- Track competitive landscape, market trends, and consumer insights across target export regions
Represent RASA Group at international trade shows, exhibitions, and buyer meetings (the company has previously participated in international industry events such as World of Coffee)
Monitor and report on trade marketing KPIs: distribution growth, market share, ROI on trade spend
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in trade marketing, export marketing, or international business development — ideally within F&B, ingredients, or FMCG
- Strong understanding of international market entry, distributor management, and cross-border trade dynamics
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin are preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, Food Science, or a related field
