About the Role
- We are looking for an
- Internet Sales Team Leader
to lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets. You will drive sales performance, monitor field activities, and implement effective strategies to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and develop the Internet Sales team within the assigned area.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, and ensure the team achieves the assigned goals.
- Conduct regular team briefings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor field sales activities, including canvassing, events, telemarketing, and lead follow-ups.
- Conduct joint visits with sales representatives to provide guidance and improve sales performance.
- Analyze sales performance, market opportunities, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth installation processes and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Prepare and submit sales performance reports, team progress updates, and improvement plans to management.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field.
- Experience in sales, internet services, or telecommunications is a plus.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with a wide range of people.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Highly motivated and committed to achieving results.
- Willing to be placed in Bali.
