QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from
• Communication, Public Relations, Marketing,
• Business, Event Management, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage
• multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in organizing events, communities, or
• organizational activities is a plus.
• Familiar with Ms. Office/Google Workspace & Canva.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing
• marketing and community events.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, partners,
• and event participants.
• Prepare events timelines, checklists, logistics, and
• operational needs.
• Support event registration, participant engagement,
• and on-site event operations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop
• ideas that enhance event experiences and brand
• awareness.
