About the Role

• As a
• Social Media & Creative Intern
• , you will help bring the bitbybit brand to life through engaging content and creative storytelling.

You will work closely with the marketing team to create content for social media, campaigns, product updates, and other marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating visuals and videos, exploring new content ideas, and turning complex ideas into simple and engaging content.

• Key Responsibilities
• Content Creation — create visual and video content for social media, campaigns, product updates, and other marketing activities
• Creative Support — help prepare creative assets for campaigns, events, emails, and promotional materials
• Copywriting — write captions, headlines, hooks, and other short-form marketing copy
• Brand Storytelling — help turn product updates, customer problems, and company ideas into engaging and easy-to-understand content
• Content Planning — support content calendars, brainstorming sessions, and content planning
• Social Media Content— assist with creating and publishing content for our social media platforms
• Trend Research — research social media trends, content formats, and creative ideas
• Brand Consistency — help maintain a consistent look, tone, and feel across social media and marketing materials

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or a related field
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and branding
• Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation and editing tools
• Good visual sense and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content trends
• Good writing and storytelling skills
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Nice to Have
• Previous experience creating content for social media through an internship, organization, personal account, or project
• Basic video editing skills
• Experience creating short-form video content
• A portfolio of design, video, social media, or creative work is a plus
• Interest in AI, technology, startups, or SaaS
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and creative workflows
