Investment Administrator Manager/Supervisor
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Associate Degree (D3) in any major (Economics/Finance is preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in a securities company, asset management, or brokerage firm.
- Solid understanding of capital market instruments: stocks, bonds, and mutual funds.
- Proficient in using online trading platforms and securities administration systems.
- High integrity, detail-oriented, disciplined, honest and responsible.
- Extensive network with institutional and individual investors is a plus.
- Possession of WPPE or WMI license is an added advantage (if any).
Responsibilities
- Manage client investment portfolios (stocks, bonds, mutual funds).
- Provide investment consultation and recommendations based on clients’ financial objectives.
- Execute trading transactions of capital market instruments (stocks, bonds, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investment managers, securities firms, and both local and international brokerage firms.
- Operate trading platforms (online/web-based) efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare and manage securities administration records in a structured and compliant manner.
- Monitor market movements and analyze financial trends.
- Assist in preparing regular investment reports for clients.
- Develop and maintain professional networks with private equity firms and institutional investors.
