Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Application Support L2.
• Solid familiarity with AWS environment.
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
• Strong command-line navigation in Linux/Unix environments.
• Expert in reading application logs (Java, .NET, or PHP) to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and experience using tools like Postman or Insomnia.
• Proven experience working with SLA targets and using ticketing tools.
