- Deskripsi pekerjaan IT Business Analyst amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd
- Work with Business users to understand various KPIs to be generated to integrate business needs with technical solutions
- Conduct Techno Functional gap analysis on the INGENIUM application to determine the data mapping requirements
- Prepare of Estimation and timeline for each sprint of the data mapping activities.
- Prepare Data Mapping as per the given Data model.
- Conduct walkthrough of the data mapping with various stakeholders and obtain the required sign offs
- Support technical developers during the development of applications
- Act as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation team
- Support System Integration & User Acceptance Testing phases
- Track all the defects identified during the functional testing to closure
- Handle Change requests to the solution as per defined CR process
- Provide general Business intelligence and MIS support to the business team
- Ensure to achieve the overall productivity levels described in the RFP
- Support for Program management activities including regular status reporting and escalation of challenges/ risks on timely basis
