- On behalf of our client, we are currently hiring for a position as detailed below:
- IT Business Analyst (WFO – Jakarta Selatan), have experience in Banking, Financial, Insurance.
Job Description
Collaborate with business users, clients, and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Create and maintain comprehensive Functional Specification Documents (FSD), including business process flows, data flows, sequence diagrams, and annotated UI mockups.
- Support the QA and Development teams throughout the development cycle to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and contribute to solutions that are practical, actionable, and aligned with business goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of BA documentation standards, UAT processes, and communication workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the
- financial services sector (e.g., banking, fintech, or insurance).
- Strong skills in creating FSDs with detailed elements such as use cases, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
- Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io to support documentation and process modeling.
Excellent communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
