Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience through internships or academic projects is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of business processes, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with business requirements analysis and functional documentation.
- Basic knowledge of BRD, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office/Excel, and basic SQL concepts is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Help translate business needs into functional requirements that can be understood by development teams.
- Prepare and maintain BRD, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flow documentation.
- Work closely with business users, Product, Developers, and QA to clarify requirements and ensure a shared understanding.
- Participate in requirement discussions, backlog refinement, and Agile/Scrum meetings.
- Support SIT and UAT activities by preparing test scenarios, clarifying requirements, and documenting issues.
- Assist in analyzing business process gaps and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support requirement changes and ensure documentation remains aligned with business needs and project objectives.
