- Gather, analyze, and document business, system, and regulatory requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including BRD, FRD/FSD, User Stories, and Process Flow documentation.
- Collaborate with business, compliance, risk, operations, development, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support regulatory, compliance, risk management, and governance-related initiatives.
- Ensure solutions comply with internal policies, banking regulations, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test scenario preparation, requirement validation, and issue resolution.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Assist in project delivery, change requests, and enhancement initiatives related to regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Regulatory Business Analyst.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Experience collaborating with business, compliance, risk, operations, and IT stakeholders.
- Knowledge of banking processes, regulatory compliance, KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, or Transaction Monitoring is preferred.
