• Build and maintain strong communication and working relationships with business units to provide consultation on application development initiatives that support business needs.
• Coordinate and communicate with relevant IT teams and stakeholders regarding project requirements, priorities, and implementation plans.
• Analyze and document business requirements clearly and comprehensively in the form of a Business Requirement Document (BRD) based on discussions with the respective business units.
• Collect, review, and evaluate Business Testing Scenarios prepared by business users to ensure readiness for the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and work plans based on task lists and activities gathered from all parties involved in the project execution.
• Monitor project progress regularly against the agreed timeline, proactively follow up on tasks that may cause delays, and escalate potential risks or issues to the IT Business Relationship Manager when necessary.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role in IT project or application development environments.
• Strong ability to analyze and document business requirements into structured documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, QA, and other IT stakeholders.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management processes.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including reviewing testing scenarios and validating results.
• Ability to create and manage project timelines, task lists, and track project progress.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge business and IT teams effectively.
• Ability to identify risks, manage issues, and escalate project blockers when necessary.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
