Job Description
- Gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements
- into functional solutions while conducting business process analysis, gap assessments, and stakeholder workshops.
- Prepare project deliverables
- including BRD, FSD, user stories, process flows, and other required documentation to support solution development and implementation.
- Collaborate
- with business users, technology teams, and vendors
- throughout the project lifecycle
- , including requirement clarification, solution validation, and UAT activities.
- Provide
- leadership and mentoring support
- for junior Business Analysts where applicable.
Requirements
- Willing to work from office and be placed in an insurance company.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with minimum GPA 3.00.
- Minimum
- 5–8 years of experience
- as a Business Analyst, with proven team leadership capabilities.
- Mandatory Insurance industry experience
- , preferably in Life Insurance.
- Strong understanding of
- backend systems, system integrations, and end-to-end business processes
- Experience in
- CRM projects
- with understanding of Customer Care processes; exposure to Marketing and Sales CRM will be an advantage.
Experience in compensation, incentive, commission, Agency, Distribution, Product Development, or related business functions will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
