Deskripsi pekerjaan IT Business Analyst PT Rantai Dingin Asia
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, business process analysis, functional analysis, and SDLC.
- Experienced in preparing BRD/FSD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and UAT scenarios.
- Able to communicate effectively with both business users and technical/development teams.
- Knowledge of API/integration, databases/SQL, WMS, TMS, ERP, logistics, or supply chain systems is an advantage.
Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from users and stakeholders for system development and improvement initiatives.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps and pain points, and recommend technology-based improvements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, business rules, process flows, user stories, and system requirements.
- Prepare and maintain business and functional documentation such as BRD, functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
- Collaborate with business users, IT/development teams, and vendors throughout development, integration, testing, and implementation.
- Prepare test scenarios and support SIT/UAT, including issue tracking and requirement validation."
