Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with proven experience leading or managing Agile projects.
- Experience working on IT projects, software development, or within Agile teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support effective project delivery.
- Strong communication, coordination, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Planner.
- Able to work effectively with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
