  • Conduct requirement gathering and business process analysis with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear and measurable business/system requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation such as BRD, FRD/FSD, User Story, Process Flow, and related documents.
  • Analyze and document existing and proposed business processes.
  • Coordinate with Business, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and IT teams to ensure requirements are aligned.
  • Support the implementation of regulatory and compliance-related projects throughout the SDLC and Agile process.
  • Assist in identifying gaps between business requirements, regulatory requirements, and existing systems/processes.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1 - 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Regulatory Business Analyst.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and project documentation.
  • Understanding of banking business processes, particularly compliance and regulatory reporting.
  • Knowledge of regulations from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan and Bank Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with international regulations and frameworks such as FATCA, CRS, AML, Financial Crime Compliance, and Data Privacy.
  • Familiarity with BRD, FRD, FSD, User Story, and Process Flow.
  • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology.
  • Experience coordinating with business, compliance, risk, operations, and IT stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear and measurable requirements.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Drawio, or similar tools.
