IT Business Partner – Manufacturing

Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.

Analyze business requirements to understand, gather requirements, validate, and document them into a Business Requirements Document (BRD) as a guide for stakeholders to ensure the objective of the project can be achieved.

Create a plan to ensure timely delivery of a product that meets business requirements, quality metrics, and customer expectations by using proper project methodology.

Develop, train, and support key users to build system and process capability within the manufacturing organization.

Support digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives in the manufacturing area and participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement workshops (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).

Manage relations and collaboration with related functions and external partners to maintain the alignment of business objectives and compliance.

Analyze, monitor, and evaluate the current process/activities of the project to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the process and fix problems and obstacles by working closely and collaborating with key stakeholders.

Monitor performance metrics and KPIs post-implementation to ensure sustained improvements

Act as a liaison between operations and IT teams to enhance and troubleshoot SAP functionalities related to manufacturing (e.g., production orders, BOM, routings, confirmations)

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3 - 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement or continuous improvement roles.
• Have good knowledges about Digital Technology for Improvement Process, Tech Savvy.
• Familiar with

• Knowledge of

• and/or shop-floor manufacturing systems is an advantage
