IT Business Relationship Specialist – Placement at Finance Industry
Job Description
- Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to understand business needs and requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT initiatives, enhancements, and system issues.
- Coordinate with business and IT teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly delivered.
- Support project implementation, including UAT, testing, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Monitor and follow up on project progress, issues, and business requests.
- Maintain good relationships with business stakeholders and IT teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Analyst, IT Business Partner, IT Business Relationship, or similar role.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Familiar with business process analysis, UAT, testing, and project documentation.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to act as a bridge between business users and IT/technical teams.
- Experience in financial services/multifinance/banking is preferred.
