Deskripsi
- Install, configure, and maintain data center server hardware and supporting infrastructure.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on physical servers, racks, and related equipment.
- Monitor the health and performance of server hardware to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot hardware failures and coordinate replacement or repair activities.
- Support data center operations, including server installation, cabling, rack mounting, and asset management.
Monitor and maintain mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, including UPS, power distribution, cooling systems, and environmental monitoring.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for hardware maintenance, facility support, and equipment installation.
- Ensure compliance with data center operational procedures, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain inventory records and documentation for hardware assets, maintenance activities, and infrastructure changes.
- Support incident response and participate in scheduled maintenance activities to minimize service disruptions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling physical server hardware (Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, or equivalent).
- Basic understanding of data center mechanical and electrical systems (UPS, PDU, HVAC, Generator).
- Familiarity with rack & stack, structured cabling, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on-site and participate in shift/on-call support if required.
