IT Developer Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications based on business requirements and company standards.
• Perform troubleshooting, bug fixing, and application optimization to ensure smooth business operations.
• Develop and maintain system integrations between internal applications and third-party services.
• Monitor application performance and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and availability.
• Support business process and ERP implementation through enterprise application development and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Enterprise Application Development, Business Systems Development, or System Integration.
• Proficient in application development, troubleshooting, system optimization, and API integration.
• Familiar with enterprise systems, business processes, ERP implementation, AI/ML models and automation technologies.
• Willing to be placed at the Head Office in Depok.
