- Base knowledge of technical like windows & database
- Easy to learn flow process of apps / website
- Clear verbal and written skills
- Logical thinking to resolve ticket
- Adaptation in team working
- Able to work on shifting schedule
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant work experience will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively solve problems.
- Proficient in operating systems (Windows, Linux, or MacOS) and office applications.
- Basic understanding of computer network concepts and able to perform network troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of basic SQL and ability to perform simple queries.
- Good communication skills and able to interact with users at all levels.
- Able to work independently or in a team, with a proactive attitude and strong initiative.
- Willing to work outside normal hours when urgent issues arise.
