- Scope of Work
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using
- Golang
- for backend services and
- React.js
- for frontend development.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support business and banking application requirements.
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Develop secure and efficient backend services with Golang while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Integrate applications with databases, third-party services, and internal banking systems.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and other development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Participate in system analysis, technical design, code review, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure system reliability and optimal performance.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security in accordance with banking industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to application development and system enhancements.
- Support application maintenance, bug fixing, and enhancement requests after deployment.
- Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years
- of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in
- Golang or Java
- and
- React.js
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
- , or
- SQL Server
- Good understanding of Git version control and CI/CD concepts.
- Experience with Docker or containerization is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in the
- banking or financial services industry
