- PT Nipsea Paint and Chemicals is looking for an IT Infrastructure Lead
- to join our IT team.
In this role, you will play a key part in managing and strengthening our IT infrastructure, leading infrastructure operations, coordinating technology projects, and supporting our business and digitalization initiatives.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/S1 degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to confidently present technical matters to management and Global IT
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant IT Infrastructure experience, preferably with supervisory/team-lead experience in enterprise or multi-site environments.
- Strong knowledge of Network Infrastructure, including Routing & Switching, Wireless Networking and Security, VPN, Identity and Access Management, DNS, and related infrastructure technologies.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Server and Virtualization technologies, including Windows/Linux Server, VMware or equivalent hypervisors, server deployment and upgrade, storage, backup, file services, and migration or deployment of infrastructure to cloud and hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with IT security standards and frameworks, disaster recovery, high availability, and infrastructure governance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive mindset, ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and effectively coordinate with teams, vendors, and stakeholders while meeting demanding deadlines.
Job description
- Manage, maintain, and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, data storage, network, security, PCs/laptops, and related infrastructure services.
- Lead and coordinate the IT Infrastructure team, including task assignment, mentoring, operational coverage, and ensuring effective day-to-day infrastructure operations.
- Plan and coordinate infrastructure projects, upgrades, capacity planning, and technology initiatives aligned with business requirements and company digitalization roadmap.
- Develop and maintain IT infrastructure procedures and documentation, including installation, configuration, operational, backup, and recovery procedures.
- Manage infrastructure vendors and service providers, including SLA, technical evaluation and project coordination.
- Provide technical support related infrastructure status, risks, incidents, and recommendations to management and regional/global IT stakeholders.
