Job Qualification
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, Service Desk, or Infrastructure Support.
- Experience supporting manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Experience working with global or regional IT teams is preferred.
- Technical Skills
- Windows 10/11 administration.
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- PC/laptop deployment, imaging, and troubleshooting.
- Printer, network, and Wi-Fi support.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- IT asset management and inventory control.
- Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting access control systems and CCTV infrastructure.
- Basic cybersecurity awareness and compliance practices.
- Soft Skills
- Good English communication skills for working with global teams and resolving technical issues.
