- Install, configure, and troubleshoot PC/Laptop, software, hardware, printers, and network
- Knowledge of network design, documentation, testing, and administration
- Implement software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues
- Provide technical support onsite or remote when needed

- Bachelor’s degree from Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
- Minimum one year of experience in IT Support
- Knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies
- Backup and recovery procedures, and monitoring tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
- Willing to be placed in Makassar
