IT Network & System Administration

1–2 years of experience in IT Network Engineer or IT Support. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues. Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on network systems and devices to ensure optimal performance and security.

Monitor network performance, analyze network traffic and logs, and diagnose bottlenecks or performance issues. Ensure network security by implementing security policies and maintaining firewalls.

• Create and maintain network diagrams, update technical documentation, and keep accurate records of incidents and configurations.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with other IT teams for seamless operations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to L1 support engineers. Manage and troubleshoot Linux and Windows OS problems.
