We are hiring a IT Operations and Maintenance Engineer for our it department in e-cigarette / electronics manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, Windows domains, and office networks.
- Monitor and maintain attendance, access-control, and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, backups, and security checks.
- Ensure IT systems operate reliably and minimize downtime.
- Maintain IT documentation and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher.
- At least 3 years of IT operations and maintenance experience.
- Familiar with Windows domains, maintenance of attendance / access-control / MES systems, and office-network troubleshooting.
- Mandarin, or Indonesian plus English.
