Qualifications
Male / Female, maximum 30 years old
Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) / Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Web Developer / App Developer / IT Support (Android and IOS)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have strong skills and relevant project portfolios
- Must have experience in web & app development (Android and IOS)
- Required to share portfolio/projects/applications that have been developed previously
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Understand and able to work with React Native
- Familiar with frameworks such as Laravel and Vue.js is a plus
- Experienced in WordPress and CMS website management
- Knowledge of AI Assistance / AI Integration is a plus
- Knowledge of Python programming language is a plus
- Proficient in MySQL database management
- Understand hosting, domains, servers, and website/application deployment (Android and IOS)
- Able to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Good communication skills, responsible, and able to work under deadlines
- Creative, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and maintain company websites
- Develop, manage, and maintain company applications
- Improve, optimize, and enhance existing applications and systems
- Create and manage database systems
- Ensure websites and applications run smoothly, securely, and optimally
- Perform troubleshooting for systems, networks, servers, hardware, and software
- Support the company's technical and IT-related operational needs
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team for digital development projects
- Monitor, update, and continuously improve company digital systems and applications
ADDITIONAL VALUE
- Experience in developing mobile applications or web applications
- Experience building admin dashboards or internal company systems
- Understanding of UI/UX Design
- Knowledge of SEO and website optimization
- Experience with API integration and third-party services
- Familiar with AI tools and automation workflow
