Qualifications
Male / Female, maximum 30 years old
Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) / Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Web Developer / App Developer / IT Support (Android and IOS)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have strong skills and relevant project portfolios
Must have experience in web & app development (Android and IOS)
Required to share portfolio/projects/applications that have been developed previously
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
Understand and able to work with React Native
Familiar with frameworks such as Laravel and Vue.js is a plus
Experienced in WordPress and CMS website management
Knowledge of AI Assistance / AI Integration is a plus
Knowledge of Python programming language is a plus
Proficient in MySQL database management
Understand hosting, domains, servers, and website/application deployment (Android and IOS)
Able to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Good communication skills, responsible, and able to work under deadlines
Creative, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills

# Front End Developer
### Job Requirements
Memiliki pengalaman dalam pengembangan *Web Front End* dan menguasai *React, Next.js, Svelte, dan SvelteKit*.

Menguasai *JavaScript/TypeScript*, HTML, CSS, responsive design, serta memahami konsep component-based architecture dan modern Front End development.
Memiliki pengalaman dalam *Front End Testing, termasuk Unit, Component, Integration, dan End-to-End Testing, serta familiar dengan tools seperti **Vitest, Jest, Playwright, atau Cypress*.
Memahami *REST API, Git, CI/CD*, serta mampu menulis kode yang clean, maintainable, reusable, dan scalable.
Memiliki kemampuan *debugging, problem solving*, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun kolaboratif dalam tim.
*Mahir menggunakan AI dalam proses software development, terutama **Claude Code dan ChatGPT*, untuk membantu coding, debugging, testing, refactoring, code review, research, dan technical problem solving.
Mampu memberikan instruksi dan context yang efektif kepada AI, serta *memahami, mengevaluasi, dan memvalidasi setiap output AI* sebelum digunakan dalam production.
