Identify opportunities to apply AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Codex) to PMO workflows beyond basic tasks — building automations, agentic workflows, and tool integrations that save the team meaningful time.
- Further enhance and maintain existing PM workflow automations.
- Good to have experience in Google Apps Script across Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Forms).
- Project & Infra Support
- Design, develop, test, and deploy small-scale application solutions.
- Assist with planning and managing small to medium size IT infra projects of low to moderate complexity.
- Proactively drive and track project progress, identify issues, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Support resource allocation and risk management activities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical engineers and commercial teams, to gather project requirements and establish project objectives.
- Participate in regular project meetings and take meeting minutes.
- Documentation
- Update and manage project documents, including project timelines, RAID logs, commercial proposals, status reports, and handover reports.
- Major in Computer Science / Data Science / Information Systems / Engineering or related fields.
