Job Description
- Establish and operate IT PMO governance frameworks, standards and controls
- Manage project intake, prioritization and portfolio tracking
- Perform business and technical evaluation of IT initiatives before approval
- Translate business requirements into solution-aligned project scopes
- Review and challenge: Project plans, timelines, budgets and resource assumptions. Technical proposal, architecture and delivery approach
- Ensure projects follow SDLC, architecture, security and quality standards
- Evaluate whether requirements truly require system development, enhancement or process redesign instead of automation
- Track project performance (Scope, cost, schedule, risk, dependency)
- Validate post-implementation business benefit and value realization
- Act as a bridge between Business, IT Delivery, Architecture and Vendors
- Drive continuous improvement of PMO process and delivery maturity
- Support post go live technical evaluation
Job Qualification
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Information & Technology
- Good skill in English
- Strong analytical & structural thinking
- Having high integrity, attentive to detail
- Very good knowledge in Project Management Methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum & Hybrid)
- Very good experience in PMO Technical skills
- Very good knowledge and skill in System & Architecture understanding
- Very good knowledge and skill in Business & Evaluation
- Very good skill in communication to deliver message effectively both to internal and external parties
- Mastering Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point to create report and presentation
