IT Project Management Specialist

Job Purpose

To deliver and coordinate IT project activities across multiple teams and workstreams, analyze delivery progress, and validate visibility of risks and dependencies, contributing to controlled, reliable, and consistent project execution aligned with business and operational objectives.

Main Responsibility

Deliver and coordinate project activities across multiple teams and workstreams, ensuring alignment with timelines, deliverables, and dependencies within a structured delivery environment.2. Analyze project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely identification of deviations and accurate visibility of delivery status.3. Validate accuracy and consistency of project data and reporting artifacts, ensuring alignment between execution status, documentation, and governance requirements.4. Coordinate tracking and escalation of project risks and issues, ensuring proper follow-up of mitigation actions and resolution status.5. Prepare and maintain structured project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, issue trackers, and governance materials, ensuring completeness and audit readiness.

Academy Qualification

S1 (Strata 1) degree in Management Informatics is minimum requirements.S1 (Strata 1) degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred

Certification

Project Management Professional (PMP),   Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL),  is strongly preferred
