Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, coordinate, and align cross-departmental teams in the execution of ongoing IT projects.
- Manage and supervise all IT-related activities during
- New Store Opening (NSO)
- , including system readiness, network infrastructure, and supporting devices.
- Ensure all IT projects are delivered according to the defined scope, timeline, and performance targets.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and provide effective solutions to issues that arise during project implementation.
- Prepare and deliver regular project progress reports to management.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree
- , preferably in
- Management
- or a related field.
- At least
- 3 years of experience
- as an
- IT Project Manager
- (Experience at
- Supermarket
- will be advantage)
- Strong technical competencies, including
- project management
- retail applications
- , and
- ERP systems
- (Dynamics 365).
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and persuasion abilities.
- Assertive and confident in driving decisions and managing expectations at all levels.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex project environments.
