Qualifications
Have bachelor’s degree from reputable university with education background from Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, or equivalent.
- Have over eight years experience as a project admin or project support, preferable in banking industry.
- Have experiences in the implementation of CRM.
- Have skill on Ms. SQL Server Database and SQL Query.
- Have knowledge or skill in containerization, CI/CD, scripting, Linux will be a competitive advantage.
- Have experiences in agile project delivery.
- Fluent in using Jira.
Responsibilities
Collaborates with Project Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Development Manager, System Analyst, Developer and users to produce software design.
- Monitoring project activities to ensure they are on track and within scope.
- Ensuring effective communication among project team members.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Utilizing IT concepts and project management knowledge to support project managers.
- Possessing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Being highly organized and detail-oriented.
