Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, network, and IT equipment across the resort
- Support software, systems, and daily technical needs for all departments
- Respond to and resolve IT issues across the resort in a timely manner
- Assist with general tech setup for new staff and resort events
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate up to 1 year of experience in IT
- Background in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Good understanding of both hardware and software
- Independent, resourceful, and comfortable working on an island setting
