- Deskripsi pekerjaan IT Support Engineer (Dashcam, GPS) PT Hermes Solusi Integrasi
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an IT Support, Technical Support, or related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience handling and troubleshooting GPS Tracking Systems and Dashcam devices.
- Familiar with GPS tracking platforms, device configuration, and monitoring systems.
- Experience with vehicle tracking, fleet management systems, or telematics is a plus.
- Able to troubleshoot issues related to GPS devices, Dashcam, connectivity, power supply, and device installation.
- Familiar with basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, and mobile networks.
- Able to perform hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Able to monitor GPS and Dashcam status and follow up on device-related issues.
- Able to coordinate with vendors, technicians, and operational teams for troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
