🔹 Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration and engineering.
- Fluent in English and able to join ASAP (within 1–2 weeks maximum)
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for administration and automation.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 migration projects and hybrid environments.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, licensing, and compliance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including L2/L3 technical support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and optimize Microsoft 365 environments.
- Manage identity, access, endpoint security, and compliance configurations.
- Perform tenant health checks and resolve complex technical issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 migrations, including Business Premium and Microsoft 365 E5 deployments.
- Develop PowerShell scripts and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with customers and provide technical guidance.
