Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and related IT equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of IT systems and applications
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all IT support activities
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT processes and services
• Provide support and training for the ERP system and in-house applications (training will be provided)
• Manage and administer Active Directory, including domain joins and user access management
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, access control, LAN/WLAN networks, and VLAN setups
• Perform installation and maintenance of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and other essential software

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in IT Support
• Skilled in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers & peripherals
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking (LAN/WLAN/VLAN)
• Experience with Active Directory (domain join, user access)
• Familiar with CCTV & access control systems
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
• Good communication skill and ability to support/train end-users
• Willing to learn and support ERP & in-house applications (training provided)
